Refund policy

At our store, every garment is carefully selected and described. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on pre-owned items or items on sale/discounted; therefore, these sales are considered final.

However, to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, we accept return requests in the following cases:

  • If the garment has significant defects that were not previously mentioned in its description.

  • If the customer receives the incorrect product due to an error in the shipping process.

Additionally, regarding new collection items, we may evaluate return requests on an exceptional basis, subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a request, the customer must contact us within a maximum period of 3 days after order delivery, attaching clear evidence (photographs and a description of the issue).

All approved returns must comply with the conditions indicated by our team. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not comply with this policy.

This policy does not affect consumer rights applicable under current legislation.
